我的邮件开头是这样写的:
1.How is your business recently?
2.Glad to contact you.
3.Hope this email doesn’t cause you any inconvenience.
4.I am writing to present a gold business opportunity for you.
5.I would like to introduce advantage product for you.
6.I am reaching out to see if there are possibility for us to work with you to improve mutual values.
7.Glad to hear that you do excellent business at xx product,and we are a powerful supplier to serve you.
等等
至于邮件结尾,千万不要写什么Hope to get your soonest reply,looking forward to your response,should there is any question,don’t hesitate to contact me.
3.Your earliest reply would be highly appreciated !
你得写引导客户给你回复和反馈的话语和句子。
你可以写:
1.We really hope to do something for you and we keep waiting for your earliest response(或者把keep waiting换成looking forward)
2.Please come back to me and let’s see what we can do to support you
3.We need your comment to move forward your project and offer you better service
4.Your response is a great help for me to meet your requirements and offer you desired service.Please give me a hand.
5.We are collecting clients’ opinion to improve our service and increase mutual values,please kindly assist
6.We value each client’s feedback to offer you suitable product and satisfactory service.
7.Looking forward to hearing from you back soon.
8.Kindly back to us and we are more than happy to provide any assistance and information.
